Assembly Line Worker
Location: Fort Myers, FL Experience: 1+ years Pay Rate: $16/HR Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am-4:00pm Assembly - Packaging Associate Responsibilities: Assemble products and components according to detailed specifications and quality standards Package finished goods carefully to ensure product integrity during shipping and handling Inspect materials and finished products for defects or quality issues Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Follow all safety protocols and company procedures consistently Meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards Operate packaging equipment and tools safely and efficiently Label and prepare packages for shipment accurately Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and production processes Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors immediately Assembly - Packaging Associate Skill Required: Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills Previous assembly or packaging experience preferred but not required Company Overview:
