Assembler - 3rd Shift

In this role, you will utilize hand and power tools to complete various customer orders, with a focus on safety as a top priority. You will engage in building metal brackets, operating machines to unwind copper wire, and wrapping the wire around constructed brackets. Mechanical inclination and experience with hand and power tools are essential. Responsibilities
Use hand and power tools to assemble products according to specifications. Build metal brackets and operate machinery for unwinding copper wire. Wrap copper wire around constructed metal brackets. Participate in structured safety training programs. Essential Skills
Mechanical aptitude. Experience with hand and power tools, such as drills and wrenches. Ability to perform basic math and read a ruler. High school diploma. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with blueprints and assembly line processes. Experience in coil winding and mechanical assembly. The facility is very clean, well-lit, and climate-controlled. Employees are required to wear safety glasses and steel-toed shoes. This is a 3rd shift position, running from 10 PM to 6 AM, Sunday through Thursday. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of GERMANTOWN, WI. The pay range for this position is $21.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
