Bilingual Account Representative
Location: Allentown, PA Industry: Healthcare Pay: $17 / Hour Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits. About Our Client: Our client is a growing healthcare organization expanding its patient financial services team. This is a great opportunity to join a stable team supporting patients with access to medical assistance and financial resources. Job Description: The Bilingual Account Representative will assist patients with medical assistance applications and help them understand medical bills, insurance benefits, and available financial resources. This role is patient-facing and requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities: Assist patients in applying for medical assistance programs Counsel patients on medical bills, insurance benefits, and financial options Serve as a resource to help patients navigate the healthcare financial process Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems Qualifications: Bilingual (English/Spanish) required 6 months to 1 year of healthcare-related experience Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working with patients in a fast-paced environment Additional Details: Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:30 PM Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
