Kelly Professional & Industrial is seeking Sewing & Assembly Operators to join our industrial filter manufacturing team in Lima, NY. This is a temp-to-hire position with competitive pay and immediate start opportunities. Pay: $18.00$22.00/hr | Temp-to-Hire Shifts Available: A Shift: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM3:30 PM B Shift: MondayFriday, 2:30 PM11:00 PM (Training will be on A Shift for 12 weeks if available.) Immediate Start

Key Responsibilities: Operate industrial sewing machines to process filter materials Assemble components according to written instructions and patterns Perform quality inspections to ensure seams, stitching, and product assembly meet standards Use hand tools and sewing equipment to complete assigned tasks Lift, move, and handle materials as needed Qualifications This role is a great fit if you: Enjoy hands-on, physically active work Have basic reading and math skills Can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Are flexible and willing to cross-train in other departments (Slitting, Cores, Pleating) Can wear required PPE and obtain steel or composite toe shoes after hire Ready to take the next step?
