Shipping & Receiving Clerk
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to manage the flow of goods in our client's facility. You will be responsible for the physical handling of inventoryincluding lifting, prepping, and organizingas well as ensuring all documentation is precise. This role requires a balance of physical stamina and a sharp eye for quality control. Shipping and Receiving Clerk Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently prep products for outbound shipping and manage the intake of inbound deliveries. Inspect all incoming materials for damage and verify quantities against packing slips to minimize errors and waste. Move, stack, and organize products weighing up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the day. Perform fine assembly work or packaging that requires excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Maintain a safe and productive work environment by consistently sweeping and organizing work zones. Shipping and Receiving Clerk Requirements & Qualifications:
Must be able to stand for the duration of a shift and perform repetitive tasks in a stationary position. Strong focus on quality and precision; experience with scanning equipment or inventory software is a plus. Proven ability to work effectively within a team while maintaining the discipline to handle tasks independently without constant supervision. Preferred experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
