CNC Programmer

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team, responsible for operating and maintaining CNC equipment. The ideal candidate will adeptly read and interpret technical blueprints, input design specifications, adjust machine cutting paths, and perform quality checks on final products. Routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting manufacturing process issues are also key components of this role. Responsibilities

Read and interpret technical blueprints and design models. Load raw materials into the CNC machine. Input product design into computer modeling software. Select and load the correct cutting tools for each job. Adjust machine settings to meet desired product specifications. Troubleshoot issues during the manufacturing process. Conduct quality control tests during manufacturing and on final products. Clean and maintain the CNC machine. Train new staff in machine operation procedures. Work on both mill and lathe. Essential Skills

Experience in reading blueprints. Proficiency with design specification database software. Ability to use computer modeling and troubleshooting software. Competency in CNC programming and machine control software. Familiarity with Mill, Lathe, Mastercam, Calipers, Solidworks, GD&T, and Machining. Additional Skills & Qualifications

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Villa Rica, GA. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
