Phlebotomist I
Location: Saint Augustine, FL 32086 Hours: Mon-Fri 6:00 AM-3:00 PM. Mandatory Saturday rotation 7:00 AM-12:00 PM. 35-40 hours per week. Duration: 6 months. Job Description: The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions. The PSR I duties are primarily provided in an outpatient setting, but there is a need for this role in a Bariatric Inpatient setting. In this role, you can expect to: Collect specimens for lab testing, including blood draws from various age groups in a medical office/outpatient setting. Responsible for preparation of lab specimens for processing and ensure proper lab procedure protocols are followed. Maintain all required logs and records. Interact with patients in a professional and courteous manner. Provide exceptional customer service to all patients. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of a phlebotomy training program or equivalent experience. BLS/CPR certification. Minimum of one year of phlebotomy experience.
