Job Summary Your role as a Order Fulfillment Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of order fulfillment. This will include overseeing the picking and packing, quality control, shipping to accounts. The role will work closely with cross functional departments to achieve success for our customers and brand partners.

As Kiva\'s Order Fulfillment Lead, you will...

Oversee receiving, warehouse operations & distribution

Implement Operational Policies & Procedures

Utilize forklift, electric pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.

Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment

Ensure safety of staff

Motivate and hold accountability of staff

Maintain documentation and keep accurate records of warehouse activities.

Inventor, auditing, cycle counting

Working with a cross functional department

Process orders

Operating mechanical and IT systems.

Liaising with transport companies, suppliers and clients.

Training, supervising and appraising staff

Maintaining statistical and financial records

Ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met

Managing budgets

What we\'re looking for...

2+ years Order Fulfillment Lead experience minimum

High school diploma or equivalent experience is required

Forklift Operator Certification preferred, but not required.

Must meet Kiva\'s Motor Vehicle Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills are required

Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and safety rules, such as operation and maintenance instructions.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions

Physical Requirements

Frequently required to stand, walk or sit

Frequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity

Frequently required to repeat movements

Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, twist, stoop, kneel or crawl

Continually required to talk or hear and use visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information and use a keyboard

Frequently required to lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds

Frequently works near moving mechanical parts

Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions

Occasionally exposed to extreme heat or cold (non-weather)

Frequently exposed to loud noise (examples: forklifts, large trucks)

Specialized equipment, machines, or vehicles used: pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, sit-down electric powered lift trucks, hand trucks and lift-gates
