Employee Benefits Account Manager

Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional client service by acting as a trusted benefits professional and fostering strong carrier/vendor relationships
Collaborate with account managers, producers, and support staff to drive new business growth and ensure client satisfaction and retention
Manage a diverse book of business across medium to large accounts, providing guidance and support on benefits programs
Oversee policy administration including rating, quoting, RFP preparation, open enrollment materials, and resolution of coverage or billing issues
Ensure regulatory compliance with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ACA requirements while supporting claims and client inquiries
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in employee benefits
Active Life and Health insurance license required
Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) a plus.
Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities for fostering client and carrier partnerships
Hands?on familiarity with an Agency Management System (AMS).
