Main Responsibilities As a Student Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and recruiting students to join our partner institutions. You will act as a liaison between prospective students and our admissions department. You will develop strategies to increase enrollment and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and universities to enroll students.

Researching pay discrepancies, efficiency bonuses, and other types of compensation in regard to recruitment consultants.

Proposing personnel and higher industrial education relations policies, helping implement them in student recruitment, and drafting staff handbooks.

Aiding in discussions between the recruitment management team and managers to recruit a new applicant.

Interviewing new applicants, checking references and required documents to finalize them.

Providing guidance on matters such as new employee training and recruitment, negotiating protocols, agreements, and other personnel and industrial relations matters.

Handling grievance and disciplinary procedures, and overseeing employee welfare and counseling services.

Collaborating with other departments within the institution to ensure that the recruitment process runs smoothly.

Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in recruitment and implementing innovative strategies to attract new applicants.

Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements for the Role Mandatory Experience and Qualifications

The minimum level of qualification needed for the new worker is RQF Level 3 or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience in student recruitment or admissions, preferably in a higher education setting.

Key Competencies

Knowledge of current trends and best practices in student recruitment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
