Senior Sales Representative

Job Description At Premier Roofing, our mission is to provide homeowners in storm-affected areas with top-quality roof inspections, navigate them through the insurance process, and ensure they receive the best possible service. We have established ourselves as a trusted name in the restoration roofing industry with over 20 years of experience and 14 different locations.

Compensation You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions earning 19% profit on completed roofing projects. Our business allows for a flexible schedule and growth based on performance and sales goals. The sales team is paid weekly and will be mentored by a proven sales leader within the organization. You will receive 8 Weeks of onboarding pay $6,000 + commission, and bonus opportunities.

Note Our team members are trained to close. If you are self-driven and money-motivated with a desire for growth you will be successful at Premier! We provide weekly onboarding pay for the first 8 weeks, including any commission. This is a commission role.

Key Responsibilities

Travel to predetermined areas that have recently experienced storm damage and assess damage on single-family roofs

Build relationships with homeowners and guide homeowners through the insurance and roof replacement process.

Recommend upgrades or additional options based on their specific requirements.

Collaborate with a mentor invested in your success

Attend weekly sales meetings.
