Electrical Estimator – Commercial Construction
CyberCoders is seeking a Senior Estimator with a minimum of 2 years of electrical estimating experience who has bid and won Commercial Electrical New Ground‑Up Projects. Candidates should have a project history with electrical cost up to $15M.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit accurate electrical estimates for commercial construction projects.
Collaborate with project teams to assess scope and cost.
Maintain project cost databases and update estimates as project details evolve.
Report directly to the Chief Estimator / Director.
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of electrical estimating experience.
Strong preference for experience on new ground‑up commercial projects.
Proficiency with estimating software and detailed cost breakdowns.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Benefits
Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $150,000 (based on location and experience).
