Are you a motivated sales professional who's tired of chasing cold leads and ready to join a company that'll set you up to win? Want to work with a growing team that provides you warm leads, a company vehicle, and the chance to earn $150K+ in your first year?
You'll be helping Indianapolis homeowners protect their biggest investment by solving their roofing problems. Using our proven sales process, you'll guide customers through their options for repairs, replacements, and maintenance giving you multiple ways to close deals and earn serious commission on every visit. We've been growing strong since 2005 and we're looking for winners who want to grow with us as we become America's most trusted roofing company.
You'll have the opportunity to:

A strong drive to win and help people Rock-solid communication skills The ability to build trust quickly Basic computer skills (we'll train you on our systems) A valid driver's license and clean driving record A high school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year sales experience (in-home sales experience is a plus) The willingness to work some evenings and weekends as needed Physical ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
