Participate in site visits and focus on early identification of potential construction challenges.
Review every aspect of the project during the pre‑construction phase, with a goal of minimizing future delays and changes.
Customize the construction schedule for each project, tailoring it to its unique scope.
Finalize the project schedule, ensuring both accuracy and practicality in planning.
Participate and engage in weekly team meetings to contribute to process improvements and organizational growth.
Key Point: Master comprehensive knowledge of project plans, scope, and details, and surpass the understanding of clients, architects, and engineers.
Field Execution Responsibilities
Ensure projects advance daily and prioritize client satisfaction.
Conduct trade partner task walks during each critical phase of the project, ensuring all work aligns with the project specifications and quality standards.
