Hybrid (US Cities) Salary:
$13,000-180,000 + Bonus
Actuarial Summary:
Seeking an Annuities Manager to lead product‑focused analyses, guide strategic initiatives, and deliver high‑quality actuarial insights across pricing, product development, hedging, and valuation. This role drives annuity strategy, manages client communication, and supports decision‑making through clear reporting and strong technical oversight. Ideal candidates bring deep annuity expertise, leadership ability, and strong analytical skills to support both growth and innovation in a dynamic annuities environment.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
5+ years of annuity‑focused experience , including pricing, product development, or inforce management
ASA or FSA credentials , demonstrating advanced actuarial training and ability to lead complex workstreams
Strong understanding of the annuity market landscape and current product trends
Proven ability to manage projects, mentor junior staff, and engage senior stakeholders
Excellent communication skills with experience presenting executive‑level insights
Proficiency with actuarial modeling tools or programming languages (AXIS, Prophet, R, Python)
