Title: IT Field Operations Specialist
Location: Medford, OR (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract
Base pay range: $21.07/hr - $30.10/hr
Compensation: $21.07-$30.10/hrs
Responsible for IT success in outpatient radiology imaging centers and ancillary offices. Provide support for various systems and equipment including computers and network gear. Handle issues through multiple channels and provide support on‑site and remotely. Report to IT Operations Manager or Team Lead for escalated support and learning. Analyze workflows and propose improvements proactively.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership to assess and deliver on hardware and software needs.
Monitor and resolve issues and service tickets in a timely manner.
Communicate with business leadership about ongoing and future projects.
Visit sites to check in with managers and resolve issues.
Assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of equipment and software.
Maintain knowledge of supported equipment and systems.
Ensure LAN/WAN and computer systems security.
Manage IS inventory stock including ordering and deployment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related technical field or 5 years of IT Support experience.
Strong operational and analytical abilities with excellent communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of PC, printer, file servers, and network operations.
Knowledge of network cabling, switches, routers, and network diagnostic tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems and PC connectivity.
Ability to meet work schedules and work additional hours as needed.
Flexibility to travel between sites with a valid driver's license and insurance.
