We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to support a high-impact digital banking platform within an agile delivery framework. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance application functionality and streamline business processes across multiple lines of business.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with product and project teams to drive development, enhancement, and ongoing support of digital banking solutions.
Shape the scope and direction of new features and improvements aligned with strategic goals.
Lead discovery and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders across departments, offering thought leadership and domain insight.
Translate complex business needs into clear user stories, use cases, and technical specifications for development teams.
Participate in design discussions to ensure alignment with business objectives and optimal user experience.
Conduct process reviews and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and innovation.
Support user acceptance testing and contribute to quality assurance efforts for application releases.
Apply knowledge of SDLC, risk management, and IT governance to ensure compliance and escalate issues appropriately.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in business analysis, ideally within financial services or digital platforms.
Demonstrated ability to elicit and document business and technical requirements for complex systems.
Skilled in creating use cases, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
Strong communication skills, including technical writing and stakeholder engagement.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience with third-party system integration and data migration projects.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Exposure to change management, security protocols, and risk mitigation in tech environments.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools to support business decision‑making.
