Our client is a leading Property Management company specializing in high-end properties, catering to discerning clients seeking luxury living experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury real estate, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of success in leasing high-end properties. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with clients, showcasing properties, and facilitating lease agreements to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience for both landlords and tenants. Responsibilities

Conduct property viewings and showcase the unique features and amenities of each apartment home Develop and nurture relationships with prospective tenants Guide clients through the leasing process, including lease negotiations and documentation Stay current on market trends and competitor rates to provide informed guidance to clients Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred) Proven track record of success in luxury real estate leasing or sales Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Yardi software Must have weekend availability Competitive commission-based compensation package Opportunities for professional development and advancement Comprehensive training and ongoing support Access to exclusive networking events and industry resources Health insurance and other benefits package Additional Skills
