The Marketing Coordinator is an entry-level role ideal for a recent college graduate looking to gain hands‑on experience in marketing operations, promotions, analytics, and project management. This role supports the Marketing Manager and marketing initiatives across the Family of Companies by managing promotional merchandise, coordinating projects, and assisting with basic marketing analytics. Key Responsibilities Promotional Items & Merchandise Management Manage promotional items and branded merchandise for the Family of Companies Oversee the Axomo Store, including: Maintaining accurate inventory levels Managing user access and permissions Tracking promotional spending and usage Support marketing and company events by ordering event‑specific promotional items Tracking event‑related merchandise spending Project Management Track and manage marketing tasks using Asana Ensure due dates are current and completed tasks are properly marked Conduct weekly reviews of the Asana board with the Marketing Manager to: Adjust timelines and priorities as needed Marketing Analytics & Reporting Perform basic analytics and reporting tasks, including: Customer sales by product over a specified time period Customer sales by company over a specified time period Assist in organizing and presenting data to support marketing decisions Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Recent college graduate or equivalent entry‑level experience Strong organizational and time‑management skills Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Comfortable working with marketing and project‑management tools Basic analytical and reporting skills Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Texas Pipe & Supply by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
