Job description: Coppersmith Recruitment and Services Inc is recruiting on behalf of a high-growth, venture-backed technology company operating at the forefront of AI-driven marketing. This is a Founding Growth Marketer role, ideal for an ambitious early-career marketer looking to make a meaningful impact at a Series A–C startup. You will play a critical role in driving inbound demand, shaping brand presence, and experimenting across emerging growth channels—working directly with the CEO in a lean, fast-moving environment. This role offers significant long-term upside, with a clear pathway toward senior leadership, including potential progression into a VP of Marketing position. Key Responsibilities Drive inbound demand and lead generation through experimentation and execution Own and grow brand presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and potentially YouTube Test and scale new marketing channels, with a strong focus on performance and learning Plan and host in-person marketing events (approximately once per month) Partner closely with the CEO to refine messaging, positioning, and growth strategy Learn, apply, and help scale Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives Required Experience & Background (Must-Haves) 1+ year of experience in Demand Generation or Marketing Experience working at a Series A to Series C startup Exposure to MarTech or experience marketing to marketers Experience planning or hosting in-person events Strong interest in early-stage growth, experimentation, and brand building Hard Skills Strong quantitative and analytical skills to design, execute, and evaluate marketing experiments Excellent design sense with the ability to produce or guide high-quality creative Comfort working across multiple channels simultaneously Soft Skills & Attributes Naturally curious and highly motivated self-starter Fast learner who thrives in fast-changing environments High ownership mindset with comfort working independently Passion for marketing, demonstrated through side projects, content, or a personal website Additional Preferences Personal website or portfolio showcasing marketing work or thought leadership Preference for candidates without a recent Big Tech background, aligned to startup culture and pace Why Join This Opportunity?
