Producer – SmartDollar (Ramsey Solutions) Location: Franklin, TN – on-site. Relocation assistance available. Flexible schedules available. Salary: $60,000 – $75,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits. Work Environment Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. All team members work on-site under the same roof. We value flexible schedules to support work‑life balance. Responsibilities Drive the full production process, from concept to final delivery on all video work. Shape the creative vision, develop concepts, write scripts, build treatments and pitch decks. Lead production crews, manage timelines, direct on set and lead post‑production processes. Manage stakeholder expectations and track asset performance. Produce a range of content such as webinars, social media assets, client and user testimonials, marketing and product content. Qualifications 2–3 years of experience producing video (agency experience preferred). Strong storytelling skills that build impactful narratives. Highly organized, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Confidence in managing production workflows. Excellent communication and collaborative relationship builder. Willingness to travel 3–4 times a year. Passion for the mission of Ramsey Solutions.
