Job Summary:
Our dynamic logistics company is seeking enthusiastic Fulfillment Associates for our Kansas City, Missouri location. This role is critical to the timely and accurate processing of customer orders. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, as well as receiving and stocking inventory. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners and other picking devices.
  • Inspect items for quality and ensure correct quantities are picked.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently according to shipping standards.
  • Process incoming shipments, verify contents, and stock inventory appropriately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
  • Adhere to all Safety protocols and wear required PPE.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality metrics.
  • Assist with inventory management and cycle counting.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is highly preferred.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
  • Must be able to perform lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
  • Understanding of fulfillment and logistics processes.
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace Safety.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
