Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners and other picking devices.
- Inspect items for quality and ensure correct quantities are picked.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently according to shipping standards.
- Process incoming shipments, verify contents, and stock inventory appropriately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
- Adhere to all Safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality metrics.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counting.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is highly preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
- Understanding of fulfillment and logistics processes.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace Safety.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
