Employer Industry: Media and Entertainment Why consider this job opportunity: Contract hourly pay rate of $35.00 Opportunity to work on diverse marketing projects in a dynamic industry Gain experience in a supportive and collaborative environment Chance to develop skills in post-production and editing technologies Work remotely, with flexibility depending on project requirements Contribute to high-quality promotional content for well-known brands What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Provide daily support for Marketing projects and workload Coordinate with producers, Tech Ops Team, and third-party vendors to ensure adherence to established SOPs and technical guidelines Locate and prepare all media, VO, graphics, and audio mixes for edit sessions Create rough cuts and pre-assemble segments using producers' scripts Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate fixes with the wider team What is Required (Qualifications): 2-3 years of experience in editing, preferably short-form promotional content Experience in supporting top-level editors and creative teams Comprehensive knowledge of post-production workflows and processes Proficiency in post-production software including Avid Media Composer and Adobe Applications Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Familiarity with file transfer, review & approve, and cloud solutions such as Aspera and Frame.io Basic knowledge of emerging AI tools and technologies Experience with operations applications like Airtable and Office 365 We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
