AI Video Producer and Editor, T&C Creative Services Amazon Web Services (AWS) invites candidates to join the Training & Certification (T&C) team as an AI Video Producer and Editor. In this role you will create engaging digital‑learning videos, leveraging artificial intelligence tools and traditional production techniques to efficiently deliver high‑quality content that supports AWS products and initiatives. Key Responsibilities Produce a variety of training‑video styles—including lectures, interviews, demos, live‑streaming, and on‑location shoots. Develop the visual tone and language of AI‑generated content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project goals. Work with AI tools to create engaging visual experiences, optimizing workflows for quality and turnaround time. Determine when to apply manual fixes versus re‑prompting or regenerating AI output. Direct crews for in‑studio and/or on‑location productions and manage video post‑production projects and assets. Collaborate with internal and external producers, crews, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain best practices and deliver projects on time and within budget. Maintain meticulous project organization, version control, and feedback loops with project owners. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of creative executive experience. 5+ years of content creation or copy editing, including online publishing. Experience overseeing all creative aspects of development, production, and post‑production. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative software (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop/Indesign). Experience with AI‑assisted tools is a must. Guidance of AI to create desired visual and audio narratives. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or business. Experience producing instructional video content. Experience with multi‑camera production. Compensation The base pay for this position ranges from $100,500 / year in the lowest geographic market up to $183,900 / year in the highest. Total compensation may include equity, sign‑on payments, and other benefits. Location: Austin, TX. This position is full‑time and will remain posted until filled.
