Public Relations Account Executive (Beauty & Lifestyle) First and Last PR is a fast-growing, award-winning public relations and digital marketing agency specializing in beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands. We are hiring an Account Executive (Public Relations) with hands‑on beauty and lifestyle PR experience to support earned media, influencer partnerships, and integrated communications campaigns. This role is ideal for a PR professional with agency experience, strong media pitching skills, and familiarity with influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or affiliate programs. Key Responsibilities Execute public relations campaigns for beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands Pitch and secure earned media across print, digital, broadcast, podcasts, and online media Build and maintain relationships with beauty editors, lifestyle editors, journalists, and creators Write and edit press releases, media pitches, press kits, fact sheets, and briefing documents Support influencer marketing campaigns, creator seeding, and integrated PR programs Manage client communication, timelines, and campaign reporting Track media coverage, performance metrics, and ROI Support product launches, brand activations, and events Required Qualifications 3–4 years of public relations experience (agency or in‑house) Experience working with beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands Proven media relations and pitching experience Strong writing and editing skills across PR materials Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast‑paced agency environment Preferred Qualifications Experience or interest with influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or affiliate programs Familiarity with integrated PR, social media, and digital campaigns Experience supporting product launches or brand events Why First and Last PR Fast‑growing, award‑winning PR agency Collaborative, entrepreneurial team environment Exposure to strategy, leadership, and client‑facing work Hybrid work schedule and competitive benefits Downtown Jersey City location near PATH Jersey City, NJ | Hybrid (2–3 days in office) Ready to join our amazing team?
