Web Applications Programmer Location: Tallahassee, Florida (Remote for local candidates in Florida only) Rate: W2 rate + CHP Start Date: Jan 2026 Requirements: Bachelor of Science/Arts degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems Degree, or a related field preferred. Minimum 7 years of experience developing web applications. Minimum 7 years of experience producing technical documentation related to requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, or testing. Minimum 7 years of experience testing custom applications, reports, large data sets, or dashboards. Minimum 7 years of experience developing in the .Net architecture. Minimum 7 years of experience in C# programming language. Minimum 7 years of experience producing technical documentation related to requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, or testing. Minimum 4 years of experience in PL/SQL or TSQL preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in MVC. Minimum 2 years of experience in HTML5 preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Ability to work with other Developers and Project Managers under the leadership of a Project Manager. Demonstrated experience with large-scale implementation projects. Collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups with diverse and competing needs and expectations. Experience working in state government, specifically in the field of Education or Early Learning is preferred.
