Role Overview

As our Streaming Content Executive Producer/Host, you'll be at the forefront of our digital programming. You'll develop, produce, and host original content for our streaming channel, working closely with creative, technical, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, engaging programming that resonates with today\'s audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a diverse slate of original streaming programs.
• Write and oversee scripts, storyboards, and creative direction for each show.
• Host or co-host programs with professionalism and personality across platforms.
• Coordinate production schedules and ensure timely delivery of content.
• Collaborate with talent and crew to ensure smooth execution and strong performances.
• Manage technical aspects of streaming, including OBS Studio setup, encoding, and platform compatibility.
• Review and approve content to ensure brand alignment and production quality.
• Monitor analytics and viewer feedback to optimize future programming.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
• Troubleshoot production challenges quickly and effectively.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in digital content production, streaming, or hosting.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proficiency with OBS Studio and multi-platform streaming workflows.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and audience growth strategies (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
• Comfortable and confident on camera with a natural hosting style.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere and Photoshop is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• A portfolio or video reel showcasing previous work is required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and storytelling.
