Job Description

Title : Assoc Director, Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)
Location : Chicagoland (hybrid - in office 2-3x week)
Salary : $160-180k + bonus + LTI
Consultant : Eda Zullo

Overview

  • You will be responsible for driving the success and performance of our sales force by leading initiatives that optimize field strategy, operations, and execution.
  • You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior sales leaders, enabling them to achieve commercial excellence across a diverse portfolio.
  • You will influence key business decisions, develop innovative solutions, and lead a talented team while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners in Commercial Data & Analytics, U.S. Analytics, and other business units.

Requirements

  • MA degree & 5+ yrs work experience, BA degree 7+ yrs work experience
