Their AI automates complex workflows like submission intake, underwriting audits, and policy comparisons, supporting customers writing over $15B+ in insurance premiums across all 50 US states .

Role: Engagement Manager

Location: San Francisco, US | On‑site (5 days in office)

YOE: 4+ years of experience in consulting, customer success, implementation, or insurance‑focused roles

About the Role

We are looking for the first Engagement Manager to join a fast‑growing, venture‑backed AI company in insurance. This is a high‑impact role for a top‑tier business operator who thrives in a hands‑on environment and wants to sit at the center of customers, product, and execution.

This person will own customer onboarding and success end‑to‑end, maintain and grow a book of business, and work closely with founders and engineers to turn customer feedback into scalable processes and product improvements.

Ideal Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as a consultant (e.g., MBB) or in customer implementation roles
  • Prior experience working with insurance or financial services customers
  • Strong technical intuition with the ability to explain complex concepts to non‑technical users
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to drive cross‑functional initiatives
  • Undergraduate degree from a top‑50 university
