About the Role
We are looking for the first Engagement Manager to join a fast‑growing, venture‑backed AI company in insurance. This is a high‑impact role for a top‑tier business operator who thrives in a hands‑on environment and wants to sit at the center of customers, product, and execution.
This person will own customer onboarding and success end‑to‑end, maintain and grow a book of business, and work closely with founders and engineers to turn customer feedback into scalable processes and product improvements.
Ideal Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a consultant (e.g., MBB) or in customer implementation roles
- Prior experience working with insurance or financial services customers
- Strong technical intuition with the ability to explain complex concepts to non‑technical users
- Excellent project management skills and ability to drive cross‑functional initiatives
- Undergraduate degree from a top‑50 university
