At PwC, our deal strategy professionals provide strategic advice and support to clients in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring, and other complex transactions. The Manager will analyse market trends, assess business opportunities, develop strategic frameworks, and guide clients in making informed decisions to maximise value.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and guide teams in delivering exceptional client services.
  • Leverage technology and innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff to strengthen team capabilities.
  • Manage client accounts and align with their needs.
  • Drive engagement workstreams to meet project objectives.
  • Analyze complex data to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in software development, product management, technology consulting, or corporate development at a software or software‑enabled business.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Management.
  • Exposure to M&A environments and transformation.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud technologies.
  • Leading small teams in dynamic settings.
  • Identifying product‑related innovation opportunities.
  • Demonstrating clear communication and collaboration skills.
  • Embracing technology and innovation in delivery.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $99,000 – $232,000. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. PwC offers a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more. Benefits at a glance:
