Design-Build HVAC Project Manager / Estimator Cloud Area We are seeking a proven HVAC professional to launch and grow our new St. Cloud-area design-build division. This role blends HVAC design, estimating/business development, and project leadership. Ideal for a driven self-starter who can win work, build a local team, and manage projects from concept through warranty. Design code-compliant HVAC systems (load calcs, equipment selection, duct/pipe sizing, controls) Prepare design-build estimates and proposals; perform site walks and value engineering Manage projects from award through closeout, including schedule, budget, and margin forecasting Lead union sheet metal, pipefitter, plumbing, and service crews safely and efficiently Coordinate with automation, plumbing, BIM teams, owners, GCs, and engineers Support start-ups, warranty work, and client turnover 7+ years of commercial HVAC design-build or large-scale installation experience ~2+ years in estimating or project management leadership ~ AS/BS in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience ~ HVAC license/certifications required ~ Strong knowledge of HVAC design tools, estimating software, and union work rules ~ Medical insurance (100% employer-paid premiums) ~401(k), PTO, paid holidays All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
