Role Andersen is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead business development activities across our seven Metro NY locations. In this role you will serve as a trusted resource to senior management, strategically developing, implementing, and coordinating impactful business development efforts that support the firm’s growth while fostering a culture and mindset of continuous development.
Responsibilities
Lead strategic business development efforts and programs in NY.
Implement and optimize national and local business development practices in support of local, national, and global objectives.
Assess the impact of initiatives, defining success metrics and evaluating process and performance.
Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
Build relationships and work closely with local office management; coordinate internal meetings, manage external events, and enhance market activity of service line practitioners.
Design and execute strategies to ensure appropriate follow‑up with marketing initiatives.
Measure success against defined business goals, tracking and analyzing activity and results.
Monitor market developments and trends; perform data analysis research to identify opportunities within specific client segments, producing segmented targeting lists and lead development research.
Collaborate with the marketing team to facilitate information sharing and ensure seamless execution of overall marketing approaches, including national business and service line processes.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to team members at all levels.
Support additional tasks as needed to further business development goals.
Qualifications Requirements
5–7 years of project management/marketing experience, preferably in professional services.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
Strategic and tactical marketing experience, including planning, execution, and project management.
Experience writing and editing marketing materials and working with spreadsheets, graphs, and database management.
Expertise in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Self‑motivated, autonomous, results‑oriented, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
Very strong attention to detail and excellent project management skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize numerous tasks and complete them to high standards under time constraints.
Demonstrated expertise in working with key stakeholders, leveraging flexibility and superior decision making.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with individuals at all levels, especially senior management.
Excellent writing skills and experience developing internal communications to enhance business development efforts.
Able to function autonomously with a sense of urgency.
Comfortable with project evolution, multi‑tasking, prioritizing workload, and meeting deadlines.
Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive situations reliably.
Salesforce experience is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits Our firm offers a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well‑being, growth, and long‑term success of our people. For individuals hired to work in New York, the expected salary range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and skill set.

The firm offers 200 hours of paid time off annually at the manager level, along with twelve paid holidays each calendar year.
