Technical Trainer Job at Piper Companies in Baltimore

Piper Companies is looking for a Technical Trainer to join a preclinical toxicology research company located in Baltimore, Maryland . Responsibilities of the Technical Trainer include: Train staff in GLP, SOP, and protocol compliance Provide hands-on instruction in animal handling, dosing, bleeding, necropsy, and DART techniques Develop and implement training programs and documentation procedures Evaluate technical competencies and support SOP creation and revisions Qualifications for the Technical Trainer include: B.S., B.A., or A.A.S. in Life Sciences or equivalent lab experience Minimum 2 years in a toxicology lab environment Proficient in Provantis, animal techniques, and staff training LAT/ALAT certification preferred; IRFM certification a strong plus Compensation for the Technical Trainer includes: Rate Range: $65,000–$95,000, depending on experience Comprehensive Benefit Package: Medical/Dental/Vision, 401K, Sick Leave as Required by Law This job is open for applications on October 1, 2025.
