to join our in-house editorial team in

Role Description This is a
full-time on-site
role based in San Diego, CA,
for a Digital Content Writer. The Digital Content Writer will be responsible for creating and managing web content, conducting research, writing articles, and proofreading. The role also involves staying updated with the latest news and working closely with the editorial team to ensure high-quality content for the network's digital platforms.
As a Digital Content Writer, you’ll have the unique opportunity to have your articles published across all of our platforms — reaching over 8 million followers across social media, web, and app.
What You'll Do:
Write timely and engaging news articles across topics including politics, world news, and national affairs
Publish and optimize stories for OANN.com
Monitor breaking news, trending topics, and key developments across media
Help shape headlines and content that speak to our audience
Qualifications
Skills in Web Content Writing, Writing, and Proofreading
Strong written and editorial skills with a sharp news sense
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with current events and news topics
Familiarity with AP style
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or related field is a plus
Bonus Points If You Have:
Background in conservative media or political reporting
Experience with WordPress
