Senior Product Designer , you’ll lead intuitive, elegant UI/UX experiences and build our design foundation from the ground up. This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership. Where you'll create impact
You’ll own end-to-end design across web and mobile apps
You’ll translate complex accounting workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces
You’ll build and evolve a scalable component-based design system in Figma
You’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering to ship quickly and iterate often
You’ll conduct user research and apply insights to improve clarity and usability
You’ll help define our design culture and unlock faster product development
What sets you up for success
5+ years experience designing complex SaaS products end-to-end
Deep expertise in Figma and component-based design systems
Strong UX thinking, interaction design, and visual craft
Comfort working with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
Proven track record in high-growth, high-velocity environments
Ability to make fast, pragmatic design decisions
Bonus: Experience in fintech, accounting, or enterprise SaaS

Compensation & Benefits
Equity:
$90K+
Base Salary:
$130K–$200K
15 PTO days + 12 public holidays
