Offering $15.16 to $23 per hour This employee communicates with customers for the purposes of answering questions, resolving problems, determining ongoing and additional product/service needs, as well as supporting compliance to physician direction. Job Responsibilities: * Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer system * Documents calls and intakes in computerized record keeping system (Productivity) * Verifies and updates demographic information such as address and telephone number in computerized records
