TPC helps meet the changing needs of the more than 18,000 Rhode Islanders it serves each year.
TPC is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) and a community resource, providing all people with mental health and substance use services in their homes, schools, and neighborhoods.
TPC Case Manager are eligible for $2500 retention bonus and prorated for part time positions.
Job Summary:
The Providence Center Case Manager on ACT I / ACT II / ACT Young Adults coordinates comprehensive services for individuals with complex Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) and co-occurring substance use disorders. The Case Manager assists clients in reducing psychiatric and substance use symptoms, minimizing stressors, and achieving the highest possible levels of independence and functioning in the community.
Requirements:
Case Managers: Associate's degree in Human Services or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Position requires driving. Must have valid driver's license, registration, current inspection and insured automobile.
Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred!
