Our AmLaw 100 client is adding real estate associates to a nationally recognized real estate practice with deep bench strength and steady deal flow. This is a growth-driven hire supporting complex commercial matters across major U.S. markets, including Texas and California.
The group advises institutional clients on sophisticated real estate transactions and continues to expand alongside strong demand across finance, development, and investment work.
The Role This position sits within a high-performing real estate team handling:
Mortgage and mezzanine debt transactions on the lender and borrower side
Joint venture equity structures
Acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate assets
Development matters across asset classes
Associates are expected to run core pieces of deals, work directly with partners, and regularly interact with clients.
Who They Are Looking For
Mid-level to senior associates with meaningful real estate transactional experience
Background in debt finance, equity joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, or development
Strong transactional lawyers from adjacent practices who want to transition into real estate will be considered
Lawyers who value training, partner access, and a professional but functional culture
