As a Staffing Consultant, you will source, interview, and qualify temporary/contract job seekers for companies in the local market. From sourcing to placement, you will run the entire recruiting process and coach candidates throughout the job search journey. Responsibilities
Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, internet searches, referrals, and professional networking. Cold call and reach out to candidates to build a qualified pipeline. Interview candidates and assess fit for client needs. Prep candidates for client interviews (resume review, mock interviews). Extend job offers and manage the offer process. Maintain communication with candidates who are on assignment and ensure they have everything they need. Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. A passion for working with people. A strong degree of self‑motivation and drive to meet goals. Leadership skills and competitive drive. Confidently exercise discretion and independent judgment in client and candidate interactions. Benefits
