We are seeking an experienced HR professional who is interested in helping our clients implement an effective HR strategy while assuring they are in compliance. HR Consultant Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of our clients HR strategy and processes HR Strategy and policy development Deploy online training presentations Leave Administration (FMLA/ADA) Recruitment Performance Management EEO Reporting Employee Relations Orientation/Onboarding Programs Organizational Effectiveness HR Documentation Compliance Support Employee Engagement Initiatives Professional Development Qualifications: Customer Service oriented Strong verbal & written communication skills are required. Problem solving skills Proficient with MS Office Applications Experience with HRIS applications a plus Professional HR Certification is a plus HR and business experience supporting small to midsize organizations Must be willing to visit clients Job Type: Full-time remote Education / Experience: Bachelor's Degree - in HR preferred Three plus years in HR preferred
