Sr. Associate, Content – FanDuel Canada Team
We’re currently looking for a Sr. Associate, Content to join our FanDuel Canada Team. The successful candidate will play a supporting role in driving our content strategy forward, working closely with some of FanDuel’s biggest content partners, assisting in the organic social strategy, and helping to develop innovative content campaigns for team and league partnerships. The candidate will have some knowledge of how to develop and navigate key relationships to manage integrated campaigns focused on product/editorial integrations as well as novelties and talent development, activation and distribution for both pre-recorded and live content.
In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.
THE GAME PLAN

Develop relationships and work closely with content creators, production studios/teams, programming, media, talent and sales organizations
Demonstrate ability to develop a scorecard to successfully measure KPIs
Good knowledge of the sports media landscape (both digital and linear) with deep relationships
Leverage multi-platforms to drive performance with use of a solid understanding of social media acumen
Ensure the broader marketing team is informed of critical nuances by staying current on market trends and industry activity
Collaborate with multiple cross-functional departments to contribute to planning and developing integrated and strategic marketing campaigns that support on-going business needs

Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience building brands.
Ability to innovate and create differentiating, proprietary marketing programs to build brand leadership.
Good ability to navigate a highly regulated and complex industry.
Resilient and creative minded with a practical application to driving business outcomes
Critical thinker who can analyze creative and provide constructive feedback both internally and externally.
Able to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple and simultaneous projects and assignments.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary & Benefits
The applicable salary range for this position is $ 74,000 - $92,000 CAD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: extended medical, vision, and dental coverage; life insurance; disability insurance; a retirement program with employer contributions; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes 12 holidays and two (2) floating holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with applicable Canadian law.
