In this role, you will be responsible for creating memorable and engaging birthday parties for toddlers and young children, leading fun activities, games, and gymnastics exercises while ensuring a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all guests.

Job Summary As a Birthday Party Host, you will create high-energy, fun-filled, and well-organized birthday celebrations for toddlers and young children. Your role involves leading engaging games, activities, and gymnastics exercises, ensuring that every guest feels included and has a fantastic experience. This position is ideal for someone who loves working with kids, excels in delivering exceptional customer service, and has a vibrant personality with a passion for making every moment memorable.
Responsibilities
Lead Activities:
Organize and facilitate games, activities, and gymnastics fun for birthday party guests.
Foster Inclusion:
Ensure that every child feels welcomed and included in all activities.
Setup and Cleanup:
Prepare and tidy up party areas, ensuring the center remains safe and presentable.
Parent Communication:
Engage with parents to ensure the party runs smoothly and meets their expectations.
Maintain Energy:
Keep a high-energy, positive atmosphere throughout the event, ensuring everyone has a great time.
Qualifications
Childcare Experience:
Previous experience working with young children in an organized play environment.
Team Player:
Strong willingness to collaborate and contribute as a dedicated team member.
Effective Communication:
Excellent communication skills to interact clearly with staff and guests.
Physical Ability:
Capability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Endurance:
Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours) while engaging in activities.
Company Overview My Gym Children’s Fitness Center is an international corporation with 600 locations dedicated to providing exceptional recreational fitness and gymnastics programs for children ages 6 weeks to 10 years. We also host unforgettable birthday parties!
Compensation $14.00 - $22.00 per hour.
Application Process Apply with Indeed. Please list your availability for each day, including weekends, and the number of hours per week you hope to work. All staff are required to attend our weekly meeting on Monday from roughly 12:00 pm‑4:00 pm. If this does not work with your schedule, please apply again when your availability changes.
