Oracle ERP Trainer
Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Trainer to support a major finance‑focused transformation project. This role will help deliver end‑user training and readiness activities for an Oracle Fusion General Ledger implementation, partnering closely with internal learning teams and dedicated content creators to ensure employees are prepared for a smooth go‑live.
This role is fully remote.
Oracle ERP Trainer Responsibilities
Lead the development and delivery of training content for an Oracle Fusion GL implementation, ensuring materials align with the project’s overall change and training strategy.
Collaborate with the client’s Learning & Development team and a designated Training Content Creator to create user‑friendly, role‑based training assets.
Drive end‑to‑end training execution, including content reviews, delivery planning, and facilitation of virtual or in‑person sessions.
Support training readiness by gathering feedback, refining materials, and ensuring users are equipped for the upcoming go‑live.
Partner with project leadership to identify training risks, gaps, and mitigation steps throughout the rollout.
Contribute to the integration of guided learning tools and other adoption resources as needed.
Oracle ERP Trainer Qualifications
Proven experience training on Oracle ERP platforms, with strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion GL.
Hands‑on experience with EPM modules such as ARCS and FCCS.
Ability to create and deliver training content for diverse end‑user groups within complex organizations.
Familiarity with Oracle Reporting tools.
Experience working with Oracle Guided Learning, or similar in‑application learning technologies, is a plus.
Background supporting large change initiatives within finance or enterprise environments.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
