Blessings Golf Club is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Golf Professional to join our Professional Staff beginning in early 2026. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment at a nationally ranked private facility. The Assistant Golf Professional will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day member experience and leadership of the golf operations team. The Assistant Golf Professional reports directly to the Head Golf Professional and is responsible for ensuring high standards of quality, service, and efficiency are met at all times.

The club is open year round, with a peak season of April-November. Blessings Golf Club facilitates an average of 10,000-11,000 rounds per year.

Experience Required

Previous experience in golf operations in a golf club, country club, or similar hospitality setting is strongly preferred.

Class A PGA Professional preferred, PGA Associates will also be considered.

Experience in forward facing, customer service oriented positions.

Strong instructional and merchandising background.

Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to ensuring an outstanding member and guest experience.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays.

Essential Responsibilities

Providing an unparalleled level of service to our membership & their guests.

Management of the day-to-day golf operation.

Provide instruction to the membership and develop instructional programming, including junior golf programming.

Assist the Head Golf Professional in the procurement, display, and selling of merchandise in the Golf Shop.

Assist the Head Golf Professional with the planning and execution of all member, collegiate, and amateur tournaments.

Ensures members and guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient and personalized manner.

Management of the golf operations staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and daily operations.

Maintain proper inventory levels and perform monthly inventory count checks.

Perform basic club repair as needed.

Assist the Head Golf Professional in creating and maintaining the operational and capital budget.
