Job Summary
Join our team as a
Server
and help create meaningful dining experiences for our senior residents. In this role, you’ll provide friendly, attentive service during meals, support a clean and welcoming dining environment, and build positive connections with residents through respectful and compassionate interactions.
What You'll Do
Greet residents and take meal orders with warmth and professionalism, turning ordinary moments into extraordinary memories.
Be the smiling face that ensures every interaction is a personalized, delightful encounter.
Serve meals accurately and efficiently, ensuring resident satisfaction and maintaining our high standards.
Transform dining areas into havens of warmth and comfort.
Meticulously clean and prepare dining spaces, setting the stage for unforgettable experiences.
Contribute to a well‑oiled machine through tasks like clean‑ups and inventory management.
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas before, during, and after service.
Assist with table setup, bussing, and resetting for next meal periods.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow team members.
Respond to resident needs and requests with empathy and care.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring
Be 18 years or older
Previous food service or hospitality experience (preferred)
Experience with one‑on‑one customer service interaction
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong teamwork skills
A respectful and compassionate attitude toward older adults
A willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team
ServSafe® Certification and State Food Handlers Card
The ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Physical and Sensory Requirements
This job involves regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and a kitchen environment with fumes, airborne particles, and moderate noise. Employees must have the physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift trays, and perform repetitive tasks. Occasional exposure to wet or humid conditions, extreme temperatures, and vibration may occur. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
