Daily responsibilities include:
Perform all body repairs according to estimate with efficiency and accuracy.
Communicate with Estimators and Parts Associates to obtain necessary parts.
Perform welding, soldering, body alignment, and frame/uni body repairs.
Operate all equipment in Body Shop in a safe and productive manner.
Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner
Understand and follow all federal, state, and local regulations that affect Collision Center operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA guidelines, etc.
Gain superior product knowledge to provide high quality repairs.
Requirements:
ICAR certification (preferred)
Two years collision center body tech experience
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable, safe driving record
Ability to safely operate an automobile
