caring and dependable Resident Assistants
to join our team. We are a small,
18-unit assisted living community
located in
Houston, Minnesota , focused on providing quality care in a warm, home-like environment.
Position Details:
Part-time positions available
Day and PM shifts
Flexible scheduling
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Providing compassionate, respectful care and support
Helping maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
Observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions
Supporting residents' independence and dignity
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Prior caregiving or assisted living experience preferred, but not required
CNA certification a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, patient, and compassionate demeanor
