Creative Artists Agency (CAA) is a leading entertainment and sports agency.
Job Description CAA Baseball is seeking a Graphic Design Apprentice with previous experience in creative media, knowledge of media platforms, and proficiency in Adobe CC programs. This seasonal position runs from June through November 2026. Please include a link to your portfolio when applying; applications without portfolios will not be considered.
Responsibilities
Design graphics and content for CAA Baseball’s social media platforms
Edit and produce short‑term videos for client social media platforms
Participate in ideating and executing social media strategy for both the baseball department and clients
Source and collect relevant content to satisfy graphic requests
Assist with additional projects as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, visual arts, advertising, or related field
Proficiency in Adobe CC programs (Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign, Illustrator)
0–2 years of relevant internship or work experience focused on sports graphic design
Understanding of marketing content strategy and growth tactics
Basic knowledge of video editing and production
Strong service mentality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of design principles and creative trends with an online portfolio
Ability to prioritize while handling multiple projects simultaneously
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred Skills
Motion design capabilities using Adobe After Effects
Experience within a large, sports‑related organization or agency
Prior experience in baseball graphic design
Location On‑site at the Nashville office.
Compensation Hourly rate: $15.00, varying by experience and other factors. Discuss with a recruiter for details.
