HOPE Semper 3040 W Capitol Drive Job Id: 431 # of Openings: 1 Job Purpose The Instructional Coach at HOPE Christian Schools plays a vital role in ensuring strong academics and a joyful, Christ-centered school culture. This leader supports teachers through coaching, instructional modeling, and data-driven feedback to continuously improve teaching and learning. The Instructional Coach will directly contribute to improved student achievement and teacher effectiveness by enhancing instructional quality and strengthening classroom culture during this critical assessment period. Essential Responsibilities and Competencies Instructional Excellence Coach and develop teachers through regular and virtual classroom observations, feedback cycles, and instructional modeling. Each lead teacher participates in coaching sessions 2 times per week. Facilitate professional development sessions focused on effective instruction, data-driven practices, and classroom culture. Provide real-time, actionable feedback during instruction to reinforce quality teaching and strengthen classroom environments. Support the implementation of curriculum and assessments, ensuring alignment with academic standards and scholar needs. Performs weekly gradebook audits to verify that all grade information provided to students and families is accurate and current. Data-Driven Improvement
Analyze student achievement and culture data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for instructional improvement and acts with urgency on process improvement. Collaborate with the leadership team to assess behavior and academic outcomes and implement action plans for improvement. Monitor intervention systems to ensure they are rigorous, well-structured, and yielding strong results. Culture Leadership & Community Engagement
Demonstrate a relentless commitment to improving the minds and lives of scholars both inside and outside the classroom. Lead student assemblies; attend and help facilitate parent meetings, events, and community functions. Model and promote a joyful, disciplined, and spiritually grounded school culture. Bachelor’s degree in education or related field Minimum 3 years of classroom teaching experience with exceptional instructional results and strong classroom management. Experience coaching or leading adults strongly preferred. Experience with improvement initiatives. Personal Qualities

This is an on-site role working from our HOPE schools located in Milwaukee, WI area. This role is for 6 months at which time the school will re-evaluate next steps.
