Position Details Position: Care Partner
Type: Part‑Time
Location: Stow, Ohio
Sign on Bonus: $2,000
Starting wage: $18‑20 per hour
Shift Schedule: Week 1 Monday/Wednesday/Friday/Saturday; Week 2 Tuesday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday
Shift hours: 6p‑10p
Facility: Vitalia Senior Residences Stow, 4291 Allen Rd. Stow, Ohio 44224
Responsibilities
Advocate of Empathy – understand the importance of empathy and create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.

Engaged Egghead – be curious, ask questions, don’t assume that just because you don’t know you can’t find out. Be engaged in development, growth, and training within the organization.
Proactive – assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care and assist after a fall.
Qualifications
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE residents.
Computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
Active stamina for standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping all day.
Ability to lift or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and assist after a fall.
Criminal clearance.
